Thank you for shopping with Lynstef Artwork at Lynstef.com! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, should you do need to make a return, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and hassle-free experience.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you every step of the way. To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, we kindly ask that you read through our full Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy is valid for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for covering any return shipping costs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
Once your return is processed, you can expect to receive your refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and processing times.
In order to process your return, we kindly ask that you provide a receipt or another form of proof of purchase to help us verify the transaction.
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued, such as when the item is returned in a condition that no longer meets our full return criteria or if it has been used, damaged, or is missing parts.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Books that show being used.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, please take a moment to check your bank account again, as it may take a few days for the transaction to fully process.
If you still have not received your refund after checking your bank account, we recommend reaching out to your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted to your account…

Sale items
Please note that only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund..
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please reach out to us via email at artcentre@lynstef.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount, unless the item is faulty.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your product. Without tracking, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we will not be held responsible for any lost or undelivered returns.
